What Does Your Business Do for Your Most Loyal Customers?"

 

Great session last night speaking to the Puget Sound Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

The topic was: "Using Social Media for Powerful Direct Response Results."

The attendees were wonderful. Among my many messages was this one:

"What does your business do for your most loyal customers?"

This may be one of the most important questions for you to think about over the next week. 

Whether you work at a for-profit or nonprofit, "thank you" and providing a "remarkable experience" isn't enough.
